1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports or statements.
3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
4. Coordinate and complete annual audits.
5. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
6. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
7. Meet financial accounting objectives.
8. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
3. Proven experience as a senior accountant or in a similar role.

1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
2. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
3. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
