1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports or statements.
3. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
4. Coordinate and complete annual audits.
5. Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
3. Proven experience as a senior accountant or in a similar role.

1. Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the luxury goods or retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
