Swatch Group SAP Senior Business Analyst

The Swatch Group Services Ltd. is part of the Swatch Group, a leading global watch manufacturer. The company operates an IT Competence Center that supports 17 brands, offering innovative solutions and working on global projects to build the IT environment of tomorrow.

1. Design and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements within projects and change requests.
2. Handle support activities in an international environment.
3. Work in SAP projects and international rollouts, from fit/gap analysis to post go-live activities.
4. Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements.
5. Propose appropriate solutions and configure them in the system.
6. Analyze and solve issues.
7. Aim for continuous improvement.
8. Prepare functional specifications and work closely with SAP developers.
9. Train key users and colleagues.
10. Manage the User Acceptance Tests and Non-Regression Tests.
11. Maintain up-to-date documentation about processes and system setup.

1. Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Proven experience with ECC, S4 Hana, and SAP projects in international organizations.
3. Several years of experience in SAP customizing SD/MM and integration with FI/CO.
4. Several years of experience in international projects.
5. Good knowledge of ABAP debugging and iDocs.
6. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
7. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Solid knowledge of sales and logistic business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
9. Computer literacy.
10. SAP Certification in SAP SD and/or MM modules is a plus.
11. SAP EWM would be an asset.

1. Fluent in English and French.
2. German is a plus.
3. Any additional languages are welcome.

Several years of experience in SAP customizing SD/MM and integration with FI/CO, as well as international projects.

Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
