Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Support and control sales staff in all department stores to ensure performance and discipline.
- Manage staff working schedules and rotation plans on a monthly basis to improve efficiency.
- Prepare monthly POS visit and competitors/market survey reports.
- Coordinate with other departments on sales staff issues such as communication, staff reimbursement, leave, probation, overtime, and commission calculation.
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and selling points, and represent the brand during field visits and e-commerce activities.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand identity and global guidelines.
- Conduct stock takes (inventory checks) in all POS, including SIS, Kiosk, Pop Up, and Boutique.
- Liaise with logistics to monitor inventory levels and arrange replenishments.
- Manage POS materials and visuals across all channels.
- Coordinate pop-up and roadshow activities with finance and logistics departments, suppliers, and buyers to ensure proper setup, including display preparation, visuals, layout, stock, promotion, and sales staff assignment.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase order payment processes.
- Assist colleagues as assigned by the Brand Manager and Direct Report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing is preferable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing or brand experience in a retail background.
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office and computer knowledge.
- Fast learning with strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with good analytical skills and the ability to manage people.
- Good communication and presentation skills with internal and external customers.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
