1. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
2. Support and oversee sales staff in all department store locations to ensure optimal performance and discipline.
3. Manage staff schedules and rotation plans monthly to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Prepare monthly point-of-sale visit reports and conduct competitor and market surveys.
5. Coordinate with other departments regarding sales staff issues, including communication, reimbursement, leave, probation, overtime, and commission calculations.
6. Conduct staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and selling points, and represent the brand during field visits and e-commerce activities.
7. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand identity and global guidelines.
8. Conduct inventory checks at all points of sale, including department stores, kiosks, pop-ups, and boutiques.
9. Liaise with logistics to monitor inventory levels and arrange for replenishment.
10. Manage point-of-sale materials and visuals across all channels.
11. Coordinate pop-up and roadshow activities with finance, logistics, suppliers, and buyers to ensure successful execution, including display preparation, visuals, layout, stock, promotions, and sales staff assignments.
12. Prepare purchase requisitions and manage the purchase order payment process.
13. Assist colleagues as assigned by the Brand Manager and Direct Report.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or brand management within a retail environment.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and general computer knowledge.
2. Ability to learn quickly and possess strong interpersonal skills.
3. Well-organized with good analytical skills and the ability to manage people.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with both internal and external customers.
5. Proficient in spoken and written English.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or brand management within a retail environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.
