1. Provide sales support to the North American team.
2. Maintain sales orders in the US and Canada, and manage international purchase orders through the brand's headquarters in Germany.
3. Serve as a liaison between Sales and Marketing Managers, Distribution Center, and Sales Support teams.
4. Maintain the authorized dealer list and track all new account submissions.
5. Monitor and manage the CRM database, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
6. Respond to dealer inquiries regarding product availability, spare parts orders, and special requests.
7. Produce weekly sales and inventory reports and conduct monthly sales analysis.
8. Monitor and maintain sales incentive programs.
9. Update pricelists and order forms for distribution to the Sales Team.
10. Assist Sales and Marketing Managers in the preparation and execution of events.
11. Perform miscellaneous administrative duties such as processing return request forms, consignment request forms, invoices, credit memos, purchase order data entry, and inventory reconciliation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Operations preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or environment.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Expertise in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint preferred.
3. Experience with SAP.
4. Strong team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Operations preferred.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000.
