1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients at the Hour Passion store located at Berlin Airport.
2. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
3. Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
4. Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Contribute to achieving sales targets and store profitability.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

1. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
