Swatch Group Sales Associate

The Swatch Group Netherlands is part of the global Swatch Group, serving as the sales organization for renowned Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Based in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, and operates its own retail outlets including Swatch Stores, a Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Advise international customers on watch purchases.
2. Act as a brand ambassador and advisor for various watch brands.
3. Serve as the point of contact for customer services, repairs, and after-sales.
4. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and charming customer interactions.

Retail sales experience, preferably in the mid to high-end segment.
