1. Advise international customers on watch purchases at Hour Passion.
2. Serve as a brand ambassador and advisor for various watch brands.
3. Act as the primary contact for customer services, repairs, and after-sales support.
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and charming customer engagement.

1. Sales experience in retail, preferably in the mid to high-end segment.
2. MBO work and thinking level.

1. Excellent communication and commercial skills.
2. Proactive, independent, and collegial team player.
3. Driven, entrepreneurial, and initiative-taking personality.
4. Sales and results-oriented.
5. Representative and flexible availability.
6. Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English; knowledge of French or another foreign language is advantageous.

Previous experience as a sales associate in retail, particularly within the mid to high-end market segment.

MBO work and thinking level.
