1. Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on OMEGA products.

3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.
4. Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the boutique meets brand standards.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and OMEGA brand.
3. Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
