1. Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on Longines products.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to educate and inform customers.
4. Ensure the visual merchandising of the store aligns with brand standards.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
7. Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.

1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods.
2. Strong understanding of customer service principles.
3. Familiarity with the watchmaking industry is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with a preference for experience in luxury or high-end brands.
