1. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
2. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
3. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand's products and heritage.
4. Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standards.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and customer expectations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

1. Sales proficiency with a focus on luxury goods.
2. Customer relationship management.
3. Product knowledge in luxury watches.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in sales or luxury goods is advantageous.
