- Welcome each customer and provide a unique experience.
- Advise customers on products with in-depth knowledge of the range and excellent service sense.
- Utilize clienteling skills to retain customers, recruit new ones, and build strong brand relationships.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue in a team-spirited environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the watchmaking-jewelry and/or luxury sector.
- Excellent communication skills and embodiment of the luxury sector.
- Recognized service and retail orientation.
- Result and KPI-oriented, with these being motivation drivers.
- Passion for watchmaking is a plus.
- Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy.
- Listening skills, service orientation, and availability.
- Team spirit.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the watchmaking-jewelry and/or luxury sector.
Customized training program focused on product technicality, brand culture, sports relation, and professional skill development.
