1. Provide exceptional customer service and personalized advice to clients.

4. Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and stocked.
5. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
