1. Deliver exceptional, client‑focused sales service and product advice to customers in the Swatch boutique.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and clienteling.
3. Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
4. Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions and manage returns/exchanges in accordance with company policy.
5. Support inventory management activities including stock intake, tagging and periodic stock counts.
6. Participate in brand and product training; contribute to a collaborative team environment and share product knowledge.

1. Proven customer‑facing experience in retail (minimum 1 year), preferably in watches, jewellery or fashion.
2. Commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
3. Professional command of French; English proficiency desirable.
4. Polished interpersonal manner, strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
5. Availability to work a 35‑hour contract with flexibility for weekends and peak trading periods.

Minimum one year of retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury fashion; demonstrable success meeting sales targets and delivering high‑quality client service.

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; formal retail or sales training is a plus.
