1. Coordinate daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
2. Support store management in implementing operational policies and procedures.
3. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
4. Facilitate communication between retail staff and corporate offices.
5. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field is required.
