Swatch Group Retail Operations Coordinator

- Develop and monitor daily sales reports for management.
- Support the Retail Operations Manager in creating standardized periodic reports and analyses.
- Prepare and verify monthly and annual reports.
- Provide first-line support for the Cegid cash register system to boutiques, focusing on logistical aspects.
- Enter orders, ensuring control and follow-up through to invoicing, and verify and coordinate ongoing orders.
- Manage and track stock movements using software, including reception, transfers, and dispatches.
- Oversee flow management, including after-sales service, returns, deposits, and loans.
- Ensure the quality of key performance indicators such as sales, stock, traffic, orders, and back-orders.
- Coordinate national and international transfers.
- Assist boutiques with daily operations.
- Draft reports and minutes following meetings.
- Support managers with their requests.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Retail and product aspects of the department.
- Commercial Employee Federal VET Diploma (CFC)

Previous experience in a similar role within the Retail sector is required. Experience in the luxury or watchmaking industry is advantageous.
