Swatch Group Retail Operations Coordinator

1. Develop and monitor daily sales reports for management
2. Support the Retail Operations Manager in creating standardized periodic reports and analyses
3. Produce and verify monthly and annual reports
4. Provide first-line support for the Cegid cash register system to boutiques
5. Enter orders, including control and follow-up until invoicing, and coordinate ongoing orders
6. Manage and track stock movements in software (receiving, transfers, and exits)
7. Manage flows (after-sales service, returns, deposits, loans, etc.)
8. Ensure the quality of indicators (sales, stock, traffic, orders, back-orders)
9. Coordinate national and international transfers
10. Assist boutiques in daily operations
11. Draft reports and minutes following meetings
12. Support managers with their requests
13. Participate in inventories
14. Perform administrative tasks for the department related to Retail and product aspects

1. CFC in commerce
2. First professional experience in a similar retail position
3. Experience in luxury or watchmaking is an advantage

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
2. Analytical mindset
3. Dynamic, autonomous, and results-oriented
