The Swatch Group Netherlands, a subsidiary of the global Swatch Group, serves as the sales organization for prestigious Swiss watch brands including Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Headquartered in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and major retail chains, and operates its own retail outlets, such as Swatch Stores, a Tissot boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion store in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Oversee financial administration and controlling for Swatch Group Netherlands from the Eindhoven headquarters.
2. Manage all transactions and processes related to company-owned stores, including full P&L and balance responsibility for the retail business.
3. Conduct daily bank reconciliations.
4. Perform daily sales reconciliations between POS and ERP systems (SAP).
5. Analyze gross margins and costs periodically.
6. Report and discuss retail results with local and international management teams.
7. Contribute to business case development for new store openings.
8. Validate pricing strategies.
9. Lead inventory controlling within the finance team.
10. Participate in operational project teams for new store openings.
11. Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and perform periodic stock counts.

1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
2. Proven experience in financial controlling roles.
3. Experience in a retail organization is preferred.

5. Proficiency in IT systems, including SAP, SAP BW, and Office 365, with advanced Excel skills.
6. Fluency in Dutch and good command of English, both written and spoken.

Demonstrable experience in financial controlling, preferably within a retail environment.

Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
