Swatch Group Retail Controller

The Swatch Group Netherlands is part of the global Swatch Group, responsible for the sales of renowned Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Based in Eindhoven, the company supplies to independent jewelers and large retail chains, and operates its own retail outlets including Swatch Stores, a Tissot boutique in Amsterdam, and an Hour Passion store in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Manage financial administration and controlling for Swatch Group Netherlands from the Eindhoven headquarters.
2. Oversee all transactions and processes related to company-owned stores, with full P&L and balance responsibility for the retail business.
3. Conduct daily bank reconciliation.
4. Perform daily sales reconciliation between POS and ERP systems (SAP).
5. Analyze gross margin and costs periodically.
6. Report and discuss retail results with the management team locally and internationally.
7. Contribute to business case development for new store openings.
8. Validate pricing.
9. Responsible for inventory controlling within the finance team.
10. Participate in the operational project team for new store openings.
11. Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and perform periodic inventory counts.

1. Minimum HBO education in finance.
2. Proven experience in financial controlling roles.
3. Experience in a retail organization is a plus.

5. Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP, SAP BW, and Office 365, with advanced Excel skills.
6. Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English, both spoken and written.

Demonstrable experience in financial controlling roles, preferably within a retail organization.
