1. Oversee and manage regional sales operations for the RADO brand in the Eastern region of France.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
5. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company standards across all regional outlets.

1. Proven experience in regional management within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of the watchmaking industry, particularly the RADO brand.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Minimum of 5 years in a regional management role within the luxury retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
