1. Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies across the assigned region.
2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in loss prevention management, preferably within the retail industry.
3. Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and security systems.
