1. Greet visitors and ascertain the purpose of their visit, directing them appropriately.
2. Ensure adherence to company standards in answering calls.
3. Operate the telephone switchboard to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
4. Generate and match order or repair documentation with jobs prior to dispatch.
5. Receive payments and record receipts for services rendered.
6. Calculate and quote prices or rates for products or services.
7. File and maintain records accurately.
8. Create repair orders in alignment with company guidelines.
9. Interpret spare parts requirements and prepare estimates.
10. Handle watches according to company standards.
11. Assist indirectly with customer escalations.
12. Adhere to occupational health and safety policies, proactively addressing potential concerns.
13. Report situations that could result in injury.

1. Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

2. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
3. Accurate data entry capabilities.
4. Proficient telephone etiquette.
5. Effective problem-solving skills.
6. Decisive, firm, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor.
7. Proficiency in basic computer operations, SAP or similar ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
8. Technical knowledge in the watchmaking industry is advantageous.

Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service position is required.
