The Swatch Group, a renowned global entity in the luxury watch industry, operates its Dutch sales organization from Eindhoven. This branch is responsible for the distribution of prestigious Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain across the Netherlands. The Swatch Group Netherlands caters to independent jewelers and large retail chains while also managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, including Swatch Stores, the Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam, and Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet Roermond.

1. Serve as the primary point of contact and the face of Swatch Group at the service center.
2. Streamline processes within the service center to ensure efficient operations.
3. Assist with various administrative tasks across different departments.
4. Play a crucial role in upcoming stock control initiatives.

1. MBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
2. Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
3. Immediate availability.

1. Proactive self-starter with a flexible team-oriented approach.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with SAP software.

Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar administrative position is preferred.

MBO level education or equivalent.
