The Swatch Group, a global leader in the luxury watch industry, operates in the Netherlands as the sales organization for esteemed Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain. From its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and major retail chains, alongside managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, including Swatch Stores, the Tissot Boutique in Amsterdam, and Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Serve as the primary point of contact and face of Swatch Group at the service center.
2. Streamline processes within the service center.
3. Support various administrative tasks across departments.
4. Play a crucial role in stock control activities.

1. MBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
2. Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
3. Immediate availability.

1. Proactive self-starter with a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with SAP software.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-end retail environment is advantageous.

MBO level education or equivalent.
