2. Coordinate with tenants and service providers to address and resolve property-related issues.
3. Maintain accurate records of property management activities and financial transactions.
4. Support the preparation and execution of lease agreements and renewals.
5. Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for property management activities.

1. Previous experience in real estate management or a related field.
2. Proficiency in property management software and tools.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

2. Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate management or a similar role is required.
