Swatch Group Quality Engineer and Trainer

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards and other frameworks, including conducting audits.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data.
- Design and develop e-learning and in-person training programs, creating educational content.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and remotely.
- Evaluate competencies before and after training sessions, adapting pedagogical methods based on results.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Work with HR teams to identify and address training needs effectively.
- Engineering degree (EFP or HES), Bachelor's or Master's in micromechanics or microelectronics with a specialization in quality management.
- Proficiency in quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Experience in quality management and auditing.
- Expertise in eLearning content creation and LMS platforms.
- Experience as a trainer.
- Proficiency in blended-learning techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train teams.
- Ability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in training tools (LMS platforms, content creation tools), knowledge of SAP QM is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the application of quality management systems and tools, preferably in the watchmaking industry. Experience in quality training is required.
Engineering degree in micromechanics or microelectronics, or equivalent.
