1. Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
3. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
4. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
6. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
3. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
