1. Perform partial, exchange, and traditional service on Prestige Brand watches in accordance with specific brand guidelines and standards.
2. Organize and manage allocated work to ensure completion within the required department Service Level Agreements (SLA).
3. Identify and order necessary spare parts.
4. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and the technical administration team regarding potential issues or delays in workflow.
5. Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations, including maintaining equipment and tools and ordering consumables.
6. Ensure all required services for the customer are completed and the watch is ready to wear.

1. Experience in servicing a variety of luxury Swiss-made watches, specifically Prestige brands.

1. Strong attention to detail and quality.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Effective communication skills.

Proven experience as a watchmaker, particularly with luxury Swiss-made watches.
