1. Execute partial, exchange, and traditional services on Prestige Brand watches, adhering to specific brand guidelines and standards.
2. Organize and manage assigned tasks to meet departmental Service Level Agreements (SLA).
3. Identify and requisition necessary spare parts.
4. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and the technical administration team regarding potential issues or workflow delays.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations, including equipment maintenance and consumable ordering.
6. Ensure all customer-required services are completed and the watch is ready for wear.

1. Experience in servicing a variety of luxury Swiss-made watches, particularly within Prestige brands.
