Swatch Group Network and Security Development Engineer

The Swatch Group Services Ltd., located in Bienne, Switzerland, houses an IT Competence Center that supports the Group's 16 prestigious brands. This center is a hub of innovation, where over 250 IT experts collaborate to design and implement state-of-the-art solutions, propelling the company into the digital future.
- Develop, design, and implement software products for automating network and security operations.
- Support data science-related activities within the division.
- Create, develop, and implement solutions for infrastructure and security requirements.
- Design and implement CI/CD solutions for build automation.
- Ensure service uptime and response time SLAs/OLAs are met or surpassed.
- Participate in bridge calls with team members and contractors/vendors to address problems quickly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the DevSecOps domain.
- 5 years of development experience with a strong interest in Network Security.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
- Network and Security certifications from Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto is a plus.
- Experience in software design, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Proficiency in designing REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Excellent knowledge of Python.
- Knowledge of Golang is desired.
- Experience in designing Web Applications.
- Strong knowledge of GNU/Linux operating system.
- Familiarity with secure development frameworks/principles such as OWASP or SSDF.
- Project Management skills.
- Problem-solving, leadership, customer orientation, and organizational skills.
A minimum of 5 years in software development with a focus on network security.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
