Swatch Group National Account Manager

- Administer Tissot’s Selective Distribution Retail Agreements with retailers and state Account Managers.
- Manage Incentive & Rebate Agreements in collaboration with the General Manager, Account Managers, and Brand Coordinator.
- Analyze sales and financial data to enhance sales and manage product ranges across national and state accounts.
- Coordinate the introduction and phasing out of Tissot products with Account Managers.
- Conduct detailed stock, sales, and performance analyses for benchmarking and customer comparison.
- Drive range management and sales growth through customer sales and stock analysis.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential threats within the current distribution channel.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with accounts, Principals, Buyers, and store personnel.
- Monitor national merchandising standards and negotiate trade space and opportunities.
- Participate in novelties presentations for key accounts with the Brand Manager.
- Produce timely and accurate weekly sales reports and range presentation materials.
- Proven experience in National Account Management
- Demonstrated achievement of sales targets
- Experience building and managing client relationships
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in range and stock management
- Extensive experience in sales, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Visual merchandising expertise
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Exceptional time management, planning, and priority setting
- Results-driven, enthusiastic, and energetic
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to travel interstate as required
Extensive experience in national account management, sales, budgeting, and forecasting, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
