1. Provide expert legal advice and support to the Tissot brand, focusing on business law.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admitted to practice law in Switzerland.

1. Strong expertise in business law.
2. Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
3. Proficient in legal research and analysis.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar legal role, preferably within the luxury goods or watchmaking industry.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
