1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admitted to practice law in Switzerland.
3. Specialization in commercial law.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Fluency in English and German.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably within the commercial law sector.
