2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admitted to practice law in Switzerland.
3. Specialization in commercial law.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Fluency in English and German.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably within the commercial law sector.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
