1. Provide expert legal advice and support to the Tissot brand, focusing on business law.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of corporate governance and intellectual property.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to address legal issues and mitigate risks.
5. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in legislation affecting the business.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admission to the bar in Switzerland or another relevant jurisdiction.
3. Proven experience in business law, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
4. Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal counsel role, with a focus on business law.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
