1. Provide legal advice and support to the Tissot brand, focusing on business law.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Manage legal risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate them.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
6. Stay updated on legal developments relevant to the watchmaking industry.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Bar admission in Switzerland or another relevant jurisdiction.

1. Strong understanding of business law.
2. Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably within the luxury goods or watchmaking industry.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
