2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business initiatives.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
2. Admission to the bar in Switzerland or another relevant jurisdiction.
3. Proven expertise in commercial law.

3. Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the luxury goods or watchmaking industry.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
