1. Provide expert legal advice and support to the company's operations in Saudi Arabia.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.
3. Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
4. Manage legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
6. Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.

1. Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
2. Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
4. In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian legal system and international business law.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
