1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
3. Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
2. Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
3. Proven experience in corporate law and commercial transactions.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
