1. Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies advantageous to The Swatch Group.
2. Define and manage R&D projects both internally and with external partners to meet established objectives.
3. Develop robust and fully automated laser micromachining processes on multi-axis CNC machines.
4. Create prototypes and small production series.
5. Characterize and test laser-processed components and meticulously document solutions.
6. Maintain and enhance complex laser equipment.

1. Master's degree in engineering, preferably in physics, microtechnology, material science, or a related field.

1. Hands-on experience in laser processing and laser systems.
2. Proficiency in material and process characterization techniques.
3. Analytical thinking with strong oral and written synthesis capabilities.
4. Motivation to actively contribute to a multidisciplinary and international team focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
5. Proficiency in CAD/CAM is highly advantageous.
6. Programming experience, such as Python, is a significant asset.

Demonstrated experience in laser processing and system management, with a strong background in material and process characterization.

Master's degree in engineering, physics, microtechnology, material science, or a related discipline.
