1. Manage the Purchase Order Review and Approval process for Controlling Development.
2. Oversee the COOP set-ups and information gathering process for the Brand and Brand Controllers.
3. Review, pre-validate, and set up Internal Orders in SAP.
4. Ensure correct accounting treatment, validate supporting documentation, and monitor budgeted amounts to comply with HQ policies and budgets.
5. Oversee timely and accurate reporting packages and monthly analyses for the monthly close.
6. Ensure correct accruals and key figures related to marketing, inventory, and indirect costs during the monthly close process.
7. Analyze and identify potential weaknesses in departmental or Brand processes.
8. Provide administrative support to Brand Controllers.
9. Conduct cost analysis, ratio and trend analysis, and other comparative examinations as defined by the Controlling Director.
10. Act as a Finance partner to Brands in various scenarios.
11. Perform monthly margin and P&L analysis to identify irregularities and trends.
12. Support Wholesale/Retail divisions in administrative/financial processes to ensure compliance with Group’s policies.
13. Support and pre-evaluate business plans to provide analytical information to management for decision making.
14. Handle Ad Hoc analysis as needed by Controlling Director & Senior Controllers.
15. Partner with brands to ensure that watch consignment is correct and properly maintained.
16. Participate in various cross-division projects to provide process/control-related advice.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a mid-size or large corporate accounting role.
3. Proficiency with the financial system SAP.
4. Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
5. Flexibility to adjust to changes in responsibilities, procedures, or working conditions.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
7. Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
8. Strong analytical skills.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills.
11. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and high-level functions.
12. Strong time management skills and ability to be both effective and efficient in work.
13. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
