1. Record bank statements.
2. Post daily cash reports.
3. Account for employee settlements.
4. Manage accrual accounting.
5. Process invoices for transport and courier services.
6. Input payments into the banking system.
7. Oversee invoice authorization flow on the intranet platform.
8. Reconcile balances with contractors.
9. Reconcile accounting balances.

1. Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
2. Motivation to work and learn in the accounting field.
3. Basic proficiency in English, as the accounting system is in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
3. Effective communication and openness.

No prior experience required, but a foundational understanding of accounting is necessary.

Relevant educational background in accounting or finance is preferred.
