1. Oversee desktop support operations, focusing on defining, implementing, and documenting standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.
2. Provide professional help desk support, managing IT queries, and adhering to internal service level agreements.
3. Maintain Active Directory, managing employee setup, maintenance, and deletion.
4. Develop and update training materials to enhance end-user IT skills.
5. Monitor IT systems proactively to prevent faults and failures, including data backup management.
6. Manage inventory of IT equipment and take ownership of projects as required.

1. Possession of an IT degree or equivalent qualifications.
2. Experience in help desk support, with retail support and POS systems knowledge as a bonus.
3. Familiarity with Windows Server 2016 and 2019, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and related technologies.
4. Understanding of IT security guidelines, such as ISO standards.
5. ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent understanding.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
2. Proficiency in Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and related technologies.
3. Experience with iOS and macOS, MDM solutions like MobileIron, and SAP exposure.
4. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
5. Attention to detail and a professional telephone manner.

Previous experience in IT help desk support is required, with additional experience in retail support and POS systems considered advantageous.

IT degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.
