Swatch Group IT Business Analyst

- Provide system support and manage enhancements for modules including Sales and Distribution, Logistics Material Management, Customer Service, Finance, and Controlling.
- Implement system enhancements in functionalities and reporting based on approved user requests.
- Prepare development requests, system specifications, and documentation for system enhancements.
- Manage system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modifications.
- Coordinate with Asia and Europe support teams, project teams, and local key users for system enhancements and process re-engineering, adhering to change management procedures.
- Educate ERP users on system and process changes.
- Support interfacing among ERP systems, Retail systems, BI, and HQ applications.
- Collaborate with SAP SD/MM, FI/CO, and BI support teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Experience in SAP SD/MM, Logistics Solution Management, or FI/CO is advantageous. Certification in SAP SD or SAP MM is also beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with users and team members.
- Proficient in problem solving and critical thinking.
- Strong analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to documenting business needs.
- Energetic personality and a good team player.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an international company with global project implementation or roll-out practice is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
