1. Control and verify carrier invoices.
2. Coordinate returns between subsidiaries and markets.
3. Monitor and maintain basic data records.
4. Ensure correct declaration of imports in the customs system, reconciling with customs documentation.
5. Prepare direct shipments and manage export declaration systems.
6. Track export declarations and reconcile export documents with the SAP system.
7. Verify CITES invoices.
8. Enter data using Excel.
9. Manage daily communications in the shared admin email inbox, addressing client and brand inquiries.

1. Motivated and serious individual with a passion for international environments.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

No prior experience required, but previous internship experience is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent, with recent academic records.
