1. Manage and maintain SaaS and End User Computing (EUC) systems.
2. Ensure optimal performance and security of ICT systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
4. Provide technical support and training to end-users.
5. Develop and document system processes and procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
2. Proven experience in ICT system engineering, particularly in SaaS and EUC environments.
3. Strong understanding of system security and data protection protocols.

1. Proficiency in managing SaaS applications and EUC systems.
2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ICT system engineering, with a focus on SaaS and End User Computing.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
