1. Provide daily support and guidance to employees on all human resources-related matters.
2. Actively participate in the internal processes of onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers.
3. Coordinate administrative tasks within the HR department, including updating databases and personnel files.
4. Draft various documents in French, German, and English, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
5. Manage the absence system, ensuring efficient handling of employee absences.
6. Play a key role in the annual salary and bonus review process, supporting the HR Operations Manager.
7. Create job postings and organize preliminary interviews during recruitment.
8. Enroll employees in internal training programs and support their continuous professional development.
9. Contribute to various HR projects within Swatch Group, bringing innovative ideas to advance the HR department and the organization.

1. Substantial experience in Human Resources with a Federal Diploma in personnel management.
2. Proficiency in HR tools (payroll, absence management) and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence organizational growth.

Substantial experience in Human Resources is required.

Federal Diploma in personnel management.
