- Provide daily support and guidance to employees on all human resources-related matters.
- Actively participate in the internal processes of onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers.
- Coordinate administrative tasks within the HR department, including updating databases and personnel files.
- Draft various documents in French, German, and English, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the absence system, ensuring efficient handling of employee absences.
- Play a key role in the annual salary and bonus review process, supporting the HR Operations Manager.
- Create job postings and organize preliminary interviews during recruitment.
- Enroll employees in internal training programs and support their continuous professional development.
- Contribute to various HR projects within Swatch Group, bringing innovative ideas to advance the HR department and the organization.
- Substantial experience in Human Resources with a Federal Diploma in personnel management.
- Proficiency in HR tools (payroll, absence management) and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence organizational growth.
Substantial experience in Human Resources is required.
