1. Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
4. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
5. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

1. Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
3. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

1. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
2. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
