1. Administer and coordinate HR policies and procedures.
2. Facilitate recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding.
3. Manage employee relations and address any issues that arise.
4. Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
4. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
