1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
2. Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.

6. Manage recruitment and selection processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

3. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
