1. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
3. Familiarity with HR software and databases.

3. Proficiency in Dutch and English.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role is preferred, ideally within the luxury or retail sector.
