1. Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
3. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
4. Administer employee benefits and compensation plans.
5. Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and regulations.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, ideally within the luxury or retail industries.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
