Swatch Group HR IT Business Analyst

This center is a hub of innovation, where over 300 IT experts collaborate to design forward-thinking solutions and spearhead global projects, continuously enhancing the company's digital infrastructure.
- Support the HR community in analyzing requirements and designing, configuring, developing, training, and testing HR applications.
- Maintain and support HR applications, with a focus on Swiss Payroll, ERP HR, and SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent Management) & ProConcept.
- Analyze, implement, and document new IT processes within the HR domain.
- Perform regular maintenance IT tasks on applications.
- Participate in or take responsibility for HR IT projects.
- Proven experience with Swiss Payroll ERP ProConcept.
- Strong knowledge of HR payroll solution ProConcept.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors modules (HR Core, eRecruitment, Personnel Administration).
- Technical expertise in ORACLE, SQL Server, and PL/SQL.
- Swiss IT Diploma (ES), Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Customer-oriented with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with an interest in optimizing and automating HR tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow with challenges.
Proven experience in HR IT systems, particularly with Swiss Payroll ERP ProConcept and related solutions.
Swiss IT Diploma (ES), Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
